Features:

- Training Programmes - Each client is provided with personalised training which are tailored to specific training and fitness goals.

- Nutritional Advice - Clients are provided with nutritional advice to ensure they are fuelling their bodies correctly in order to achieve those goals.

- Weekly Check Ins - Each week, clients will share wins, challenges and thoughts from the past week of training, and discuss with Lauren any changes that might need to be made to keep on track to achieve their goals. This allows us to view the progress and keep each client accountable with training, and get encouragement and support from Lauren each week.

- Accountability = a friend you can count on!
